Little Ninja Fitness Camps
For 5 to 6 year olds, these training camps run once per week in 6 week blocks. This program is intended to serve as an initiation to the structure and discipline of our junior martial arts class. Class will focus on body awareness, coordination, flexibility, and strength through drills, calisthenics, and games conceived to develop the basic skills required to train karate and kobudo in the dojo. This program will also introduce basic karate and kobudo skills to give them that head start when they qualify to join the junior karate class.

Junior Martial Arts Program
For 7 to 13 year olds, our junior karate program has two tiers. The beginner class and the intermediate/advanced class. Dividing the juniors in this manner allows us to focus our complete attention to the needs of student. It also allows our advanced students to take on leadership roles as they serve as mentors by volunteering to support the instruction in the beginner class. High school students can receive volunteer hours for the time they spend teaching the younger students. This program includes instruction in both Goju Ryu Karate and Kobudo. As students become more advanced, they will begin to receive ranks in weapons training as well.
BEGINNERS - Monday and Thursday 5:15 to 6pm.
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED - Monday and Thursday 5:15 to 6:30pm.

Beginner students in this class can count on plenty of one-on-one support during class. Students in this class will train in Goju Ryu Karate as well as in Kobudo. As students become more advanced in this class, they will eventally receive ranks in weapons training as well.

All-Women's Martial Arts Class
A martial arts class for women, by women. For a slightly different environment, you may want to consider a class run by our talented female instructors. We will also include our younger junior females for all-around empowerment every now and then. This class is capped at 20 participants. Register now by clicking on the button below.
